I have been looking to get a smoker after my electric smoker died a few years ago. I have been very interesting in getting a pellet grill because I wanted the "Set it and forget it" approach to smoking. I have been looking two different grills, the Traeger Pro 780 and the GMG Ledge grill.

I was having a hard time choosing between the two but GMGs had a great Black Friday sale. That was enough to push me to purchasing the Ledge. I am looking forward to getting it and learning how to use a pellet grill.
